To help us take better care of your children in case of illness, accident or other emergencies, please keep the office informed when your work location and/or phone numbers change, as well as when there is a change in emergency names and/or child care arrangements. Your primary contact will be your home telephone number unless you inform us differently.
It is also helpful to have your current email address on file.
