Permit to leave grounds slips are used to release your child from the school campus. Security of your child is of utmost importance to the Marshall staff. Our required procedures for releasing your child are as follows:
- The parent or other adults listed on the emergency card must come to the office, show identification, fill out and sign permit to leave grounds, and then go pick up the student from the classroom.
- If the child returns to school after being signed out, he/she needs to come in to the office for a slip to return to class.
This also helps the staff to visibly get to know our parents and ensure the safety of all children. Class time is very important to your child's progress; try to limit the number of times that you pull your child out of school.
